Company Overview
The Federal Communications Bar Association (FCBA) is the premier association for attorneys and professionals involved in the development and practice of technology, media, and telecom (TMT) law and policy. The FCBA provides its nearly 2,000 members with opportunities to interact with and learn from industry leaders and key policy makers, including from Congress, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA), the Department of State, and the Department of Justice (DOJ). From its founding in 1936, FCBA has strong roots in the field of telecommunications law. Today, FCBA members work on an ever-widening range of practice areas, some of which didn’t even exist a decade ago, enabling the technology that helps people around the world stay connected.
